Excessive chalking soon after painting is caused by untreated wall surface, too loose wall, low temperature during painting, poor film formation, or too much water during painting.
After the powder is cleaned up, use "sealing primer" or "bottom depot" for primer. Then apply two coats of interior and exterior wall paint of Qiaoben series brand.
On a facade, paint sags or drips from above, forming a tear-like or rippled appearance. If the paint film is too thick at one time, or the dilution ratio is too high, this phenomenon is likely to occur.
Re-grind and level the wall, dilute it according to the correct dilution ratio, and rebuild.
Algae and mold
Algae grow in the sun and rain, which mainly occurs on the outer wall, the rough cement surface and the porous surface. The retained water allows the algae and mold to multiply and grow. Therefore, the outdoor needs weather resistance and excellent algae and mildew resistance. Paint, such as the retaining wall treasure of Qiaoben series brand.
Rinse the infected area with high-pressure water and supplement it with manual scraping. After rinsing it, dry it thoroughly and then apply the Qiaoben series brand "Bottom Debao" as a primer, and finally apply the second layer of "Wall Protection".
It is a phenomenon of sinking in a volcanic state. The reason: water, oil, dust attached to the painting tools or infiltrated into the paint, or grease on the wall, contaminated the painted surface, causing shrinkage on the paint surface.
The surface treatment should be careful to ensure that the surface is free of grease and dust, and the painting tools should be kept clean.
External wall paint cracking, efflorescence, discoloration
Use the multifunctional exterior wall putty developed by our company, scrape twice, dry for 48 hours, and then apply the top coat twice.
Paint flowing (sagging, flowing)
On the vertical coated surface or the groove of the line corner, the paint will flow. The uneven thickness of the paint film is formed, such as the hanging screen drooping in severe cases, and beaded tear marks in light cases.
① Excessive thinner makes the viscosity lower than the normal construction requirements, and the paint cannot be attached to the surface of the object and drip.
② The temperature of the construction site is too low, the drying speed of the coating is too slow, and the fluidity in the film formation is relatively large.
③ The selected paint brush is too large, too long, or too soft, or too much oil when brushing, which will cause the paint surface to vary in thickness and flow at thicker parts.
④ The unevenness of the brushing surface or the grooves of the edges, corners, and line corners of the object will easily cause uneven brushing. Thickness will flow.
⑤ The surface to be coated is dirty, oil, water and other dirt, which can not adhere well after painting and flow.
⑥ The spraying distance is too short and the spraying angle is not appropriate.
⑦ The paint contains pigments with high specific gravity and the pigments are unevenly dispersed.
(3) Prevention measures
① Choose good paint materials and appropriate amount of thinner.
② The temperature and humidity of the construction environment should be appropriate.
③ The selected paint brushes and bristles should be flexible, with thick roots and thin tips. The mane is thick and full. The oil brush should be dipped less frequently.
④ During construction, the base should be leveled as far as possible, and edges and corners should be polished. When brushing, brush vigorously, first vertical brush, then horizontal brush, do not smear horizontally. Line corners and corners should be lightly connected with an oil brush, and the excess paint should be dipped and opened to prevent the paint film from being too thick and flowing.
⑤ The matching thinner for paint should be selected.
⑥ Thoroughly clean up debris, oil, water and other debris on the coated surface.
⑦ When the paint film is not completely dry and the paint drops on one side or part of the surface, use a spatula to remove the excess paint and then paint it again. If the paint film is completely dry, use sandpaper to smooth the loose flow. For large-area sags, it can be smoothed with water sandpaper.
